Terms of Service
These terms cover using AIQnA — as a resident who joins a conversation, and as a media partner who publishes the kit. Plain language, kept short on purpose.
AIQnA is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. AIQnA findings are community sentiment — not scientific polling, and not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. No legal coverage or professional guidance is inferred, provided, or should be relied upon. Users and partners act on AIQnA at their own discretion.
What AIQnA provides
AIQnA is a weekly community AI-listening program by AI Coachella Valley (AICV). Each week it asks the Coachella Valley one question about AI and daily life through a short conversation, then publishes aggregate findings. Media partners receive a per-week kit — branded cards, consent-gated quotes, talking points, an AI prompt, and ways to share (embed, link, QR).
Acceptable use (partners)
As a partner you may embed, share, and publish the AIQnA kit for your audience, and set your own “presented by” sponsor name. You may not misrepresent the findings, alter the underlying data, or present AIQnA as a scientific poll or professional research. Attribute findings to “AIQnA community listening.”
Editorial integrity
AIQnA publishes what the community actually says. Sponsors fund the program but never select questions or review findings; partners distribute and publish but never edit the findings. This firewall is structural, not merely promised.
Data & privacy
The conversation is anonymous — AIQnA does not ask for or store your name, email, or phone. Only aggregate findings and consent-gated, anonymized quotes are published; individual responses are never shared with partners, sponsors, or third parties. See the privacy notice for detail.
No warranty — provided “as is”
AIQnA is early and provisional (a beta). It is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Findings may be low-volume and directional, the service may change, and it may have downtime or errors. AICV is not liable for how the findings are used or interpreted.
Termination
Either side can end the partnership at any time. AICV may suspend or revoke access — including kit links, embeds, and share links — for misuse, misrepresentation, or anything that undermines the program’s integrity.
